Meghan Wilson President & CEO
Meghan Wilson is our President & CEO, bringing a dynamic blend of psychology, human development, and high-performance leadership to the business world. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
After beginning her career in the counseling field, she discovered a deep interest in organizational growth and transitioned within our organization to Director of Human Resources, where she excelled—but her drive for greater impact led her to the world of sales, where she found her true calling. Since then, she has built a career defined by her ability to inspire teams, develop leaders, and drive results with clarity, passion, and purpose.
A former multi-sport athlete—having played lacrosse, soccer, and softball—she brings the same competitive spirit and team-centric mindset into her leadership style. She is also an avid sports fan (Go STL Cardinals! Go Pack Go!) and a proud dog mom to Stark, named after her love for both Game of Thrones and Iron Man.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and discovering new food experiences. Above all, she is deeply committed to helping people become the best version of themselves—believing strongly that while we can go fast alone, we go further together.
Her mission as CEO is simple: empower people, elevate teams, and build success through unity, growth, and unwavering belief in human potential.

Frank plays a key role in shaping Wolf Management’s Human Resources department, helping transform the recruiting function into a structured, efficient, and high-performing operation. With a strong background in hospitality, he excels at creating welcoming, people-centered experiences and is exceptionally skilled at introducing new team members to the culture, values, and identity that define our organization.
Known throughout the company as an avid gamer and pop-culture enthusiast, Frank brings a sense of fun, creativity, and approachability to the workplace. His self-proclaimed title of “Energy Ambassador” couldn’t be more fitting—his positivity, warmth, and highly extroverted personality elevate team morale and contribute to an engaging, inclusive environment.
Frank’s unique blend of operational excellence, cultural alignment, and infectious energy continues to strengthen our organization and support its ongoing growth.
