Building a Winning Culture: Wolf Management Team Members Earn World Cup Experience

On June 27, 2026, five members of our Wolf Management team, alongside President & CEO Meghan Wilson, took their seats inside Atlanta Stadium among 70,000 people from every corner of the world. What they witnessed that night, Congo DR staging a stunning comeback to defeat Uzbekistan, was more than a soccer match. It was the kind of moment you don’t forget. And for this group, it meant even more because every single one of them had earned their way there.

The Opportunity

When the chance to attend a FIFA World Cup match was put in front of our team, it wasn’t handed out. It was competed for. Joey Torres, Sierra Hundley, Gabby ParkerUgo Iwunze, and Emmanuel (Eman) Okobi each put in the work to earn their spot. That’s how it works at Wolf Management: you put in the work, you earn the reward!

What It Felt Like to Earn It

For Joey, finding out he’d earned a spot nearly brought him to tears. “When I started, I struggled very much, to the point I thought I was holding the office back,” he shared. Earning a seat at the World Cup was proof of how far he’d come.

Sierra felt that same weight of meaning. “It means that all of my hard work and dedication have truly paid off,” she said. “Being recognized for my performance made the experience even more meaningful.”

For Eman, the moment carried a personal significance he didn’t expect. “I just randomly applied to this job on Indeed out of dire need,” he said. “Some of the most positive changes in my life have come since working here.” Gabby put it simply: “I am on the right path, and I am closer than before to living the type of life I want.”

Ugo said it best: the competition brought out something real. “It brought out the competitive side of everyone,” he said. “It rewards the efforts that we put in.”

The Game

Congo DR trailed Uzbekistan through much of the match. The stadium held its breath. Then, late in the second half, Wissa scored. Then scored again. The place erupted.

Gabby had called it early. “In the first half, I said out loud that Congo DR was playing not to lose,” she recalled. “Then Uzbek got comfortable, and Congo crushed them after halftime.” Joey described the moment of the second goal perfectly: “Me and the guy next to me looked dead at each other, stunned, before jumping up and going wild with the rest of the fans.”

Eman described walking into the stadium and seeing 70,000 people from completely different backgrounds united over one sport as a memory he’ll carry forever. Joey, who wore a Congo jersey out of love for his sister-in-law’s home country, said the Congolese fans welcomed him as one of their own. “Every goal felt personal,” he said.

What This Says About Wolf Management

This trip wasn’t a bonus. It was a reflection of what our company is built on. As Joey put it, Wolf Management “rewards people not just for being high performers, but for developing and maintaining the habits of high performance.” Eman said the experience set the bar for every workplace culture he’ll be part of going forward.

To the team members who weren’t there yet, Gabby’s message was simple: keep pounding. Joey’s was this: “Never give up on yourself. Give 100% in every action you take, and you’ll see the gold.”

We couldn’t be prouder of this group, and we’re excited to watch our team continue earning experiences like this one!
